I love the food but it when I ordered takeout the food melted the styrofoam in the box.

I gotta say, I think the revamp of this place has improved it a lot. I usually get the Taco Tuesday or Throwback Thursday deals, and those seem like good value for the price. Warming the tortillas for the soft tacos would be my suggestion.

The boy at the counter was one of the slowest people I’ve ever seen. 0 sense of urgency, didn’t care at all that people were waiting. Took his sweet time doing everything. I waited 20 MINUTES and there we’re only 3 parties ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve worked in the public service industry for 15 years and even if I hated my job, I did it well. I was so close to leaving but I was so hungry and didn’t want to figure out something else.
No acknowledgement of how long it was taking. No, sorry I’ll be right with you. Absolutely horrible. I will not be back to this location if I’m actually hungry.

Pretty good food and have always had an exceptional customer service experience here. Was there a couple months ago and when they couldn’t give me one drink because it was out, they gave me extra of another one. Super nice. Plus cool lighting. I have fond memories of enjoying tacos here with a potpourri of people in college.

I love the neon lights at this place can make the photos really aesthetic. Ordered nachos and the chimichangas tasted good and the portions are very large and filling. The margarita is a must try.
