Had a great buying experience with Aria and Auto Plaza of Gainesville when buying our car.

They treated us with respect and attention, were very accomodating to some overseas bank issues I had, and answered all questions with transparency and patience.

I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They asked four grand over Kelly blue book for a car with deeply grooved rotors no brake pad life left, the car was leaking from the valve cover, and the front struts were leaking fluid heavily indicating they were blown, when problems were addressed the employee argued with me and said that the dark brown fluid that smelt and felt like oil that I wiped off the leaking valve cover gasket was exhaust residue 😂, and then tried to tell me struts don’t have fluid in them to leak, so I reached behind the wheel and touched the bottom of the strut just above the spindle and found it was covered in fluid dirt and grease. Be careful what you buy here and get a pre purchase inspection done from any reputable shop before u buy

Great experience at Auto Plaza of Gainesville. Our previous car was stolen and totaled, which meant that we were looking for a replacement during the pandemic. After searching used car lots and online sites for a suitable car, we finally found a car at Auto Plaza of Gainesville. Every vehicle on the lot was in good condition for a used car; the Car Fax was there on the website, with full service records. There was no pressure from Aria to purchase or finalize a deal. We finally settled on a vehicle and he was able to handle the DMV tag/registration from his office. Fair deal, all the paperwork was handled in an efficient manner. It was a pleasure working with Aria, the owner.

This is by far the best car buying experience ever!!! Bob awsome. Him and the other staff are very knowledgeable & Professional. I spoke with him on the phone he told me to do the credit app and within 15 minutes he was calling me back and had me approved. I drove an hour and a half from Georgia test drove the car and fell in love. Within 30 minutes I was driving off the lot. Thanks Bob I love my charger!!!!
