Very understanding business. First vehicle had minor problems but we kept the car throughout agreement and we was offered another vehicle upon return at a cheaper rate. Was even offered employment after explaining the problems we had and what it was that was wrong .

It’s good if you need a car right now, but for what they make up for in convenience, they lack in quality. I picked a vehicle that needed a lot of work, so my experience wasn’t so good. The people were nice and did their best to work with me, but the car never really worked right so I decided to leave it. I can’t say whether they knew the car was a lemon or not, but they did do their best to repair it.

This review is for their rentals.
I needed to rent a car during a busy time when every other rental company was sold out, so I had no other option.

First when you walk in, the setup is considerably unorganized. I needed the car to go out of town, so I had to get one of their more expensive car because they only rent out their cheap cars for local use.
For $55 a day + insurance for about $30, I received a 2012 Hyundai Elantra.
Before I could even rent the car, I had to sign over a dozen sheets of paper. The deposit was $150.
They told me I had to pay for 2 days because that’s what they do on Friday, but that when you pay 2 days, you get one day free.
I paid about $375 ($150 deposit included) for my rental 2days + 1 free day (I was in desperate need of a rental car).

The staff were okay and friendly, no complaints there.

I also won’t complain about the price.
Running a business is very expensive. It’s perfectly fine to charge people a lot of money, but I do have complaints about the car.
It’s not about the car being 9 years old, it’s about how beaten up and disgusting the car was.

The main two things wrong with the car is it needed an alignment and pulled to the right. The wheels also badly needed to be balanced. Because of this on the highway the car vibrated terribly as if the wheel was going to fall off.
The bumper and driver side door handle was held up by drywall screws. The trunk, entire driver’s side and passenger side was keyed up bad. The passenger side mirror did not adjust. The cruise control and horn did not work.
The leather seats were cracked and stained. There were 2 black and milds under the seats.
The trip odometer would not reset, etc.

I would have rated one star, but I rated 2 stars because I was not scammed, and the employees were friendly enough.

I have good advice for the owner:
I understand you might not be able to afford to fix the cars up and maintain them properly.
The kind of people who rent your cars often beat them up most likely and when people do that to your cars it costs you money.
That is understandable, but you should still invest the money to maintain the cars and keep them nice. Raise the prices even more if you have to.
If it means keeping your cars nice, then charge people more, and have stricter penalties for when someone damages your cars.
A lot of people won’t want to pay the high rate, but I guarantee you people will still pay. Your rates are already expensive. Make people pay more, and use the money to make your company better. Stop being cheap. It’s obvious you tried to cut corners on repairs by using screws, and the door handle doesn’t even match the color of the car.

Improve your company and you will make more money. You already offer something that makes you unique from enterprise and all the other companies, that’s why people still rent your cars.
Don’t you want to expand your company? You can do it if you improve.
