I started my Yoga journey here with joyful, enjoyable way! My favorite classes are Hot and Beats! All teachers are welcome, kindful! Thank you Daisy and Hope! ❤️

5 stars ALL around- the co owner Alex is just a doll. I adore him. He was so beyond kind as I was so scared to step back into practice 6 weeks postpartum. I had no idea he was co owner until reading his bio! He was so nice and even showed me around during my 30 days for $30 trial. Will definitely be continuing after trial is up 🙂

I’ve been to a lot of different yoga studios and workout classes and Yoga Pod is by far the best I have ever been to. Their yoga classes are very good for beginners with lots of verbal cueing from instructors but great for more advanced students as well with all the modifications that are offered. Their FIT workout classes are a great addition so I don’t have to pay for another workout studio in addition to yoga. The staff is super welcoming and seems to try and genuinely get to know the people that go there. I cannot say enough good things about yoga pod!

I’ve been practicing yoga for 30 years – and hands-downward-dog Daisy’s class was among THE BEST classes I have ever had. Her presence, energy, and flow engender trust and confidence at the outset and invite us yogis to “be” and go deep.Similarly, Yoga Pod is among the finest studios I’ve visited around the globe. Rachel and the staff are so welcoming to both the newcomer and longtimer. I wish I lived Gainesville just so I can continue my practice in their Moon and Sun rooms!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this studio and company. After being a nomadic practitioner for 10 years, I have finally found a studio I wanted to call home. I have lost count how many classes I have taken in the past 6weeks, but EVERY ONE has been great!!! Each and every teacher have been welcoming and offered amazing classes. They all have great knowledge and provide great cues, modifications and playlists. I also love the accessibility of virtual classes throughout the other YogaPod studios (but Gainesville has so far been the best!😀) I am so grateful to have found YogaPod. Thank you 🙏 🐊🧘‍♀️
